Overview
SuperBackup is a WordPress backup plugin by OpenWeb Software. The public plugin has not launched yet. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we expect to handle product data once SuperBackup becomes available.
Website Data
This website is served as a static site. If you email us through a link on the site, we receive the contact details and message content you choose to send. Server logs may include standard technical information such as IP address, browser, requested URL, and timestamp.
Plugin Data
SuperBackup is being designed to create WordPress backup packages for site owners. Backup packages may contain website files, database content, uploads, configuration, plugin data, and other content from the WordPress site being backed up. Site owners are responsible for deciding what they back up and where they store those backups.
Paid Upgrades
Paid upgrades are planned for public launch. If future upgrades include account creation, remote storage, licensing, billing, or support features, we will update this policy before those features are made available.
